Q: What's your warranty period? 
 A:  Since genset reached the agreed destination, its main parts will be guaranteed within 12months or 1000hours(subject to the earlier mature term).

Q: What's your delivery time? 
A: Normally delivery time is 30 days, and if your order is urgent, we can communicate then speed it up.

Q: Do you accept OEM service? 
A: Yes, we accept OEM. 

Q.What is the difference between Prime power and Standby power?
A.:Prime power is 12hours continous power,one hour 10% over load in every 12 running hours is allowed.
Standby power is the limit value of maximum output for emergency use. Overloading is prohibited.
